Graphic Approval
Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it's printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3 PM for that business day to count or else approval date will be following business day.
Term - Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.i2bannersandposters.com.au without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability,
Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
www.i2bannersandposters.com.au may deliver notice to you by means of e- mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to www.i2bannersandposters.com.au
Return & Refund
It is the intention of i2 banners and posters to provide our customers with products that meet the specifications stated on our web site as well as our customer’s expectations. In the unlikely event that our customer’s expectations are not met, we ask that the customer emails us immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we will make every effort to reach a fast and mutually agreeable resolution.
It is important to note that all of our products are custom printed with artwork which the customer approves prior to printing, so it is essential that you select your product and check your artwork very carefully. The final responsibility for correct artwork and spelling rest with the client and no refunds will be given for incorrect artwork once approved. It is also important to note that the colours in the artwork proof displayed on your screen are not accurate. Colours will print differently on different printers and materials and will display differently on different computer screens. If a colour is important it is essential that a Pantone (PMS) colour is advised prior to the artwork proof being approved, so we can do our best to achieve the closest possible colour match.
i2 banners and posters will repair or replace any products which are not as stated on our web site, not as shown on the approved artwork proof.
In the event of a warranty issue being notified, and photos of the issue being received, i2 banners and posters will:
If notified within 24 hours of the goods being received by the customer:
a) Arrange and pay for the return of the goods to i2 banners and posters for repair, then repair the goods and return them at no cost to the customer; or
b) Replace the goods at no cost to the customer. If i2 banners and posters requires the goods to be returned, i2 banners and posters will arrange and pay for the return of the goods.
If notified later than 7 days of the goods being received by the customer:
c) Require the customer to return the goods to i2 banners and posters (at the customer’s cost). i2 banners and posters will then repair or replace the goods and return them at no cost to the customer.
Refunds are not offered for custom printed products.
Shipping
We deliver to Australian addresses only.
We have no control over the couriers ability to deliver in the time frame that we would appreciate and as such we at no time offer an over night delivery service as standard.
• Generally delivery will take Two to Five business days to most major centers.
• Remote locations may take up to one week.
• Urgent delivery may be arranged at additional charges.
